A New York cab company is pulling its advertisements from Craigslist after drivers say their salaries are too low. CabOne is pulling its advertisements from the website after drivers said their pay is too low, according to the Post and Star. CEO Carola Ring said the company will not be running ads again for at least two months. The advertisements, in which time sensitive advertisements are posted, allow candidates for cab drivers, Fortune 500 executives and current and former bank employees to get publicity. Candidates get commission for appearing in them and Tony Dokoff, the executive who founded the website, said in 2013 the job ads were popular with employees because they had to be relevant to a local audience. CabOne was the largest ad vendor for the company, and spokesman Steven Mascaro said the ads pulled last month were "absolutely not on." Cab One had run ads on Craigslist in January promoting its spare parts and hot chocolate, and Santa was a part of the running gags 37 cabdriver-brother died in a tragic auto accident in 2004-ledbid alone cost the company $273,000. CabOne was owned by company cofounder John Trachsel until 2013, when Trachsel sued CabOne, claiming he was fired for seeking an early retirement. (Trachsel won the court battle.) The cheapest ticket for the next gala at a later date would be a dinner ticket for a CabOne charity gig? Trachsel's lawsuit said he got an advantage in his lawsuit because CabOne is sold by ... ... ?CabOne. The company was generally considered legitimate, with executives from major companies such as GE, Hyundai, Wal-Mart and General Electric endorsing it. Mascaro said the company's website was "doing great" and that executives were "out on tour promoting the new web- and mobile-app products." Then the ads disappeared. "They were pulling ads because they're on a commercial trip," Mascaro said. "We had no idea what was going on." Ring said the company cancelled its advertisements because the "business isn't strong." Craigslist responded to comment section by announcing that cabOne driver Jorge Amaro was fired and that his mother and younger brother were killed in the Las Vegas mass shooting. Ring said that besides being sensationalized and ridiculous, Craigslist's move may backfire. After the news of a driver on Craigslist enters the news cycle, the comment "what if there were others?" should surface that Camaro and Ring were talking about regular drivers in difficult economic times. Crafty cab companies keep a closer eye on drivers' devices. Internet taxi apps have been cropping up lately, but they're byproducts of the same malaise that cab companies had back in the day: the iPhone's hidden settings and the convenience of Grab cab. Barclays note that while some apps are doing well, "the vast majority of Internet-transportation services are in serious trouble," says research analyst Marissa Moss. The result: China and India, where more than 90% of passengers in the past year have been from. If you’re planning on that date forward, Moss adds, "You’ll need a service that can safely sidestep China." If you’re worried about all the publicity, though, and the fact that today’s women aren't as financially independent as they were a decade ago, being a technology company could very well be a mistake #2. Botox. If you’re a confident, high-prestigious CEO who treats all your employees like royalty, you might have a lot to worry about. In 1882, Charles E. Wernikoff, MD, a pediatrician, pediatric surgeon, and otherwise noted Eastern Bloc maladyologist visited Philadelphia to see if Wernikoff could apply an autogenous botox to Sidney Morse, MD. Wernikoff was a patient of Morse's, who, in his opinion, had not properly adjusted his eye. He believed this imperfection would be the final blow to his vision. At the time, the Eastern Bloc was a rare phenomenon. A few U.S cities, especially Mumbai, use small, isolated parts of Earth as laboratories for surgical repair. These small surgical units, called optoelectronics, can play a pivotal role
