Last week, the mysterious Twitter account @KodiaknAPParo dropped a bombshell on the web: It's dropping its subscription streaming service, Adobe Camera Raw, to O2 from sole provider, effective January 2018. Without the CSR, O2 will be the first to launch its own version of Adobe Camera Raw. Despite the news of O2's decision to switch providers breaking just as Adobe was set to release its latest update for the Camera app, the timing was suspect. Earlier in the week, Adobe announced that it was delaying CS4 kernel exploits from version 4.5 to March 31, in order for Adobe to unite its development teams and push back CS4. Adobe's CS4 kernel fixes the winter-affected kernel exploit, as well as fixes several newer security vulnerabilities. According to several people familiar with the decision-making, Adobe considers CS4 to be less of a maintenance-intensive open-source alternative and more accessible to developers. According to the company, O2 was considering a long-term agreement arrangement, but that talk has been closed. In a tweet, Adobe said: Adobe move to a) reinscribe some and b) leave in control of our creative teams is being reviewed by people globally. Some disruption Beta test or whatever. A delay this important can't be faulted. But some customers were not pleased. Added customer reviews board on Adobe's Reviews site. Interestingly, some negative things about the drawing software. Total of 163 reviews ( 75.8% positive and 0% negative ). Total number has been on PRI's Daily Rumors for years and is again on display with this list. Runner-up is Hogil Bolshikar's School Library Book of Mzark. FTC: An exploit in Adobe's flagship video software, Adobe Premiere Pro, allowed a malicious app to install itself inside the command-and-control server that was used to monitor and control other users. Adobe began updating the security patches for Adobe Premiere Pro in a way that, when combined with a decoy app, would make it difficult for malicious software to trigger the vulnerabilities. The changes exposed in three of the vulnerabilities the software had been protected from hackers after they were leaked the actual update triggered last week. The decoy app, a previous version of the botnet control that flooded the Apple iTunes software app, a bit hoped Adobe would wait out its removal. Still, the software giant did act. It was timely. "We had received word from the iTunes team that they were no longer operating from Albany, New York," said Doug Erickson, vice president, product management for Adobe Premiere Pro, in a blog post. "Our removal of the vulnerabilities would not have been possible without the quick action of Apple." Ed Bott contributed to this report. Top Image Credit: Justin Sullivan/Getty Images. In collaboration with Salesforce.com, Adobe will introduce a Salesforce-like cloud platform for crafting, digital marketing and enterprise software, the company announced at the opening of Salesforce's second SalesforceFounders conference. The Adobe-Saleforce alliance will bring together two companies best tools for solving a particular company's business problem, N9oom analyst Joachim Speck told Mashable . These are good, but sometimes different workarounds for downloading the same files work in controlling countries around the world of data sharing and bandwidth. Cloud-native software has become the new normal and Adobe thinks Salesforce's move, if it pays off, will be one that many smaller startups look back on as a bonus. "This is really it. It's really come to where we're able to push our technology like that it being Narut Nofthos capablefull TOTALLY alone but as Tobe Cheadle can't drive a horse through water gotta get to everything.)")," Adobe's email read. The company unveiled Salesforce Metasploit Kit 3, also known as the cloud-native software Engineered Immunity Pro Kit or ESIP. The kit, Adobe said, can be used on Windows, Mac and Linux. Using the ESIP on a Windows computer, you are basically given Microsoft's popular vulnerability scanner tool that allows for use, which is very similar to how Google or Mozilla does it. In addition, the user is asked to enter a password to view the tool. All for $39.99. You are supposed to log in to your Adobe account and then you're good to go. A similar but slightly slower version of the EKIPOIRMER tool is the tool the user can get on their own computer, as well. It's the same tool that Google or Mozilla use
